We went from the street to the kitchen of Quinta da Alvarinheira, near Oledo ... a private farmhouse that opened the door to this Out of Place adventure ...
It was the Pauper’s Dinner night - our most delicious challenge - with the interpretation of the anthropologist Paulo Longo and the hands and the knowledge of our Graça ... Everything was so good! We sat at 19:30 ... we got up around 24h00 ... and we went to visit Susana and her Vila Doce project, based on Alavarinheira ... we saw, smelled and tasted her chocolate ... and everyone took home, a gift out of place…" Out of Place
