The Creative City Candidature Committee

The committee is made up of an advisory panel and a working group.

In order to support the application of Idanha-a-Nova to UNESCO as a creative city of music, a Candidature Working Group was created, comprised of management consultants from IPI Consulting Network Portugal and the technical support of the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova. The working group actively constructs the application, with input from the Candidature Advisory Panel and is responsible for delivering the results. IPI has expertise in various areas, including heritage, culture and creative industries, regional and local development, microenterprise and entrepreneurship and environment, among others.

The advisory panel is formed by a set of personalities and experts in the areas of music and culture,. It is made up of a diverse range of stakeholders of the international and national context as well as representatives of regional and local institutions related to music, culture and the creative industries.
