Forum Palmela
Idanha-a-Nova UNESCO Creative City of Music was invited to be present at Forum Palmela, this year dedicated to Tourism and Cultural Heritage - Valuing the Territories, as an example and successful practice.
In the European Year of Cultural Heritage, Palmela dedicates its Tourism Forum to addressing the interconnection between the fields of tourism and heritage through examples of success that demonstrate how the recovery, revitalization and enhancement of the material and immaterial heritage, in conjunction with strategies of tourism development, contribute to build territories with higher quality of life and new cultural, social and economic dynamics.
