Portugal Cookbook Fair 2018 - Book of the Year
"Sabores de uma terra - Tradições de uma época" (Flavors of a land - traditions of an era) by Josefina Pisarra, was awarded today as the Book of the Year, at the Lisbon Book Fair, under Portugal Cookbook Fair 2018, an initiative developed in partnership with the Portuguese Association of Publishers and Booksellers- APEL.
"Flavors of a land - traditions of an era" is an edition of the Municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, coordinated by Paulo Longo, Centro Cultural Raiano, photography by Valter Vinagre, text edition by Luís Cabral and graphic design by Paulo Passos.
This edition of the Municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, from July 2017, has post-production by Black Box Atelier and printing by Norprint - A Casa do Livro.
